These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Elit3 Estate (the "Site"), available at elit3estate.com. By accessing the Site, registering, or using our courses, events, resources, or interactive experiences, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Elit3 Estate is a training group for real estate professionals. We offer online courses, in-person and online events, downloadable resources (guides, templates, and toolkits), and interactive experiences such as ELIT3 QUEST.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove content, events, and features at any time.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are processed through specialized third-party providers; we do not store your complete card details.
Access to the courses you purchase is for life and includes future updates to the same course.
If a course did not meet your expectations, email us at hola@elit3estate.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund.
All content on the Site — courses, videos, presentations, guides, templates, trademarks, and graphic material — is owned by Elit3 Estate or its licensors.
You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license for your professional development. You may not record, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share your login credentials with third parties.
By registering for an event you authorize the use of your contact information to confirm your attendance and send you event-related information.
Seats are limited and registration does not guarantee a place until you receive confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events for reasons beyond our control.
ELIT3 QUEST is an interactive experience for educational and entertainment purposes. Scores, rankings, and prizes do not create a contractual obligation, and prizes are subject to availability and stock.
Manipulating the game, altering scores, automating plays, or using multiple identities to increase your chances is not allowed. Elit3 Estate may disqualify participants and has the final say on rankings and prize delivery.
This experience is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta.
All content is informational and intended for professional training. It does not constitute individualized financial, legal, or tax advice, and it does not guarantee specific business results. The decisions you make are your responsibility.
The Site may include links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Harris County, Texas.
